The book in one sentence

God-Man teaches that Scripture is a coded account of the human body, and that “salvation” is an internal process in which a divinely generated seed is preserved, anointed by the body’s sacred oil, raised through the spinal pathway and returned to the brain — gradually transforming the ordinary “Adam-man” into the illuminated, regenerated “God-man.”

Executive summary

God-Man: The Word Made Flesh is an esoteric reading of Christianity in which the Bible is not mainly a record of external history but a symbolic manual of the human body — its anatomy, chemistry, physiology, astrology and spiritual potential.

The foundation is radical divine unity. God is not a being standing outside creation but the universal intelligence, life, substance and creative power appearing as everything. Spirit and matter are one reality at different rates of vibration — as ice is water in another condition. Humanity shares this unity: each person is an expression of the eternal intelligence and carries the divine pattern in the body. That is the meaning of “God-man.” The authors see the same teaching, in different symbols, in Taoism, Hindu and Buddhist traditions, Hebrew and Egyptian religion, Zoroastrianism, Orphism, Hermeticism, Kabbalah and Christianity.

Return to conscious unity comes not through belief but through regeneration. The authors reject vicarious atonement: no one’s death can save another who stays inwardly unchanged. Jesus becomes a physiological and spiritual principle inside every person, and the Bible’s characters and places become a map of the body. Joseph and Mary are the pineal and pituitary principles; Bethlehem, the “house of bread,” is the solar plexus; the Holy Ghost is the breath; Jesus is the seed; John and Christ are the anointing oil; Jordan is the spine; Golgotha, “the place of the skull,” is the nerve crossing at the base of the skull.

The central drama: a divine substance from the upper brain passes through the pineal (becoming positive, electrical, masculine — Joseph) and the pituitary (magnetic, fluidic, feminine — Mary). Both descend to the solar plexus, meet the breath, and form a psycho-physical seed roughly once a lunar month after puberty, timed to the Moon’s return to one’s natal Sun sign. Consumed by lust, rage, alcohol or gluttony, the seed is lost — Herod killing the infant, Pharaoh slaying the firstborn, the prodigal wasting his substance. Preserved, it enters Jordan, is anointed (“Christed”), rises to Golgotha where it is “crossified” — intensified, not destroyed — enters the pineal “tomb of Joseph,” returns to the Father, and lights the inner lamp, the single eye.

Repeated month after month, the process is said to regenerate blood, awaken dormant brain cells, refine nerves, conquer disease and ultimately transform the body. Sexual conservation alone isn’t enough: anger, envy, fear, hatred, greed and lustful thought corrupt the process as surely as bodily excess. Diet, cleanliness, exercise, abstaining from alcohol and tobacco, and twelve mineral cell salts matched to the zodiac complete the discipline. The human is a microcosm; the zodiac exists in the heavens and in the flesh.

Salvation is not the arrival of something foreign. It is the awakening, preservation and elevation of what God has already planted within the flesh.

Bethlehem, Jordan, Golgotha and the empty tomb are not somewhere else. In this book, they are addresses in your own body.

Part I · The worldview

The foundational worldview

Before any anatomy, the authors establish who God is, what matter is, and why no one else can save you.

01

God is the universal intelligence appearing as everything

The authors reject any absolute split between Creator and creation. Ice is not a container holding water; it is water in another condition. Likewise matter does not contain spirit — matter is spirit expressed at a particular rate of motion.

Their preferred name for ultimate reality is “IT”:

  • I — the eternal identity or intelligence.
  • T — shaped like a cross: manifestation, operation, movement, expression.

Bodies, plants, animals, planets, atoms, thoughts, blood, breath, light and minerals are all one universal essence.

Nothing exists outside the universal intelligence, because nothing else exists from which it could be made.

02

Creation is eternally complete

Divine reality is not itself progressing from imperfection to perfection. What we call progress is the appearance of different phases and combinations of one perfect reality. From that standpoint:

  • the atom is no less divine than the human
  • an animal is not an error
  • matter is not fallen spirit
  • the body is not inherently sinful
  • death cannot destroy eternal identity
  • apparent imperfection belongs to incomplete perception

The human task is not to manufacture divinity but to recognize, express and embody what is already present.

03

Humanity’s goal is conscious reunion with its source

The book opens by calling many religions as witnesses to one teaching: the human comes from the eternal and must consciously return to unity with it. Redemption is the recovery of that consciousness.

Divine source → embodiment → apparent separation → self-knowledge → bodily mastery → conscious reunion

Reunion does not annihilate individuality. It is the discovery that the individual spirit is an expression of universal spirit.

04

Salvation cannot be transferred from one person to another

The authors reject the idea that someone can remain inwardly unchanged while being saved by another’s sacrifice. An external savior cannot do work that must happen inside one’s own body and consciousness. To “confess Christ come in the flesh” means recognizing the Christ process occurring in human flesh now. Salvation is therefore not:

  • intellectual agreement with a creed,
  • membership in an institution,
  • dependence on a historical sacrifice,
  • forgiveness without transformation,
  • waiting for a future supernatural event.

It is the internal regeneration of the human temple.

05

The Kingdom is already at hand

The Kingdom of Heaven is not mainly a place or a future political order but the divine region and potential inside the organism. “Heaven” is the elevated, “heaved-up” place — the upper brain; “Earth” is the lower bodily kingdom. The Kingdom arrives when higher consciousness governs lower nature.

Hence the book’s insistence on now: now is the accepted time; the intelligence is present now; the body is the temple now; the seed is produced now; regeneration must be practised now.

Waiting for a future savior, incarnation or age can be one more way of avoiding the work available today.

Scripture as the story of the body

The interpretive key: ask not “what happened?” but “what function does this represent?”

06

The Bible is written in symbols, parables and allegories

Biblical narratives should not be approached primarily as biography, geography or conventional history. They are coded accounts of bodily anatomy, physiological processes, chemical transformation, astrological cycles, psychological struggle and spiritual regeneration — often all at once. “Jordan,” for example, is simultaneously:

  • a river in the narrative,
  • the spinal pathway anatomically,
  • the descent and ascent of sacred fluid,
  • the boundary between lower and higher consciousness.

Scripture is read through correspondence, not literal sequence.

07

Names describe functions, not ordinary individuals

The authors decode names through alleged Hebrew, Greek, astrological or symbolic meanings:

NameMeaning in the authors’ system
AdamEarthly or unregenerated humanity
EveLiving, fluid, womb, receptive principle
CainAcquisitive or material activity
AbelBreath, moisture, transitory life
SethSeed or germ
JacobCircle — the zodiacal and bodily circuit

JosephIncrease — pineal, masculine, electrical principle
MaryPure water — pituitary, feminine, magnetic principle
JesusFish, seed, bread, the saving germ
ChristOil, ointment, the anointing substance
JohnThe body’s oil or fluid principle
MosesThe seed drawn from water on the generative plane
JoshuaThe saving seed on the regenerative plane
PharaohRule by bodily appetite or sexual desire
HerodThe lower power trying to destroy the seed
DanielDivine judgment, wisdom, discrimination
NoahRest
PeterStone — mineral foundation, bodily chemistry
PaulThe small, inward voice after transformation
What function, substance, force, or stage of regeneration does this character represent?

Some of these meanings match standard etymology and some do not — see Accuracy notes.

08

The body is the true temple

The temple “not made with hands” is the human organism. It contains a lower and an upper kingdom, an altar, a Holy of Holies, sacred oil, bread, wine, a lamp, a throne, a river, a tree of life, priests, a savior, a place of crucifixion and a place of resurrection. Religious architecture and ritual are external copies of this interior temple.

To misuse the body is to desecrate the temple; to purify it is to make it capable of expressing divine intelligence.

Part II · The inner anatomy

The anatomy of the sacred drama

The structural heart of the book: a map that assigns every sacred place and person to a region of the body.

09

The human body is a microcosm

The Hermetic principle “as above, so below” governs the whole book. Heavens and body mirror each other:

MacrocosmMicrocosm
ZodiacTwelve bodily functions

MoonMonthly generative cycle
Stars and planetsForces acting through the organism
Cosmic riverSpinal current

The body holds every essential principle of the universe, so to know the body deeply is to begin knowing the cosmos.

11

Joseph and Mary are the paired forces of the brain

On opposite sides of the thalamic region the authors place two complementary centres, both fed by the upper brain — the Father.

Joseph · the pineal principleMary · the pituitary principle
Masculine · electrical · positive · golden/yellow · associated with increase · the father principle · source and final receiver of the seedFeminine · magnetic · receptive · white or milk-like · associated with water and purity · the mother principle

Their secretions descend toward the solar plexus, where they take part in forming the divine child.

The immaculate conception is read as an internal union of complementary forces within one body — not an ordinary sexual conception.

12

Bethlehem is the solar plexus

“Bethlehem” means “house of bread.” The authors place it at the solar plexus because it is central in the body, sits behind the stomach (the house of material bread), contains a small cavity or “manger,” is the birthplace of spiritual bread, and has twelve nerve forces converging around it.

It is also symbolized as a cave, a manger, a womb, a seed pod, the city of Bethlehem, and the centre of the zodiacal circle.

The spiritual bread is the seed produced in this centre.

13

The Holy Ghost is the sacred breath

“Ghost” is traced to breath or spirit. The breath descends through the pneumogastric (vagus) system into the solar region and joins the substances of Joseph and Mary.

Pineal force + pituitary force + sacred breath → the divine seed

Breath is not incidental: it is the spiritualizing principle that animates and completes the inner conception.

The Word made flesh

The book’s master key: “the seed is the Word of God.”

14

The “Word” is the seed

The Word is not primarily spoken language but the creative substance from which a renewed body can be formed. The seed carries many names: Word, Jesus, Son of Man, Fish, Bread, Fruit, Ark, Firstborn, Savior, Hidden manna, Benjamin, Joshua, Lamb.

It is “the Word made flesh” because it is the divine creative principle physically embodied in the organism. As a botanical seed holds the pattern of the plant, the sacred seed holds the pattern of the regenerated human.

15

The seed follows a lunar rhythm

After puberty, the authors teach, a psycho-physical seed forms roughly every 29½ days, when the Moon returns to the zodiac sign the Sun occupied at the person’s birth. The process links individual birth pattern, lunar rhythm, solar influence, bodily chemistry and spiritual opportunity.

A year contains about twelve full lunar cycles plus a fraction — the foundation for the twelve tribes or disciples and a thirteenth product.

Every lunar cycle is a new opportunity for regeneration.

16

Twelve is the completed process; thirteen is its product

Twelve — a full circuitThirteen — what the circuit produces
Zodiac signs · bodily functions · disciples · tribes · dorsal vertebrae · mineral salts · monthly fruitsThe seed · Jesus among the twelve · Benjamin, Jacob’s last child · the Ark carried by the twelve · the product of the bodily “factory”

Thirteen is “unlucky” only for ignorance — because it is the regenerative product lower desire tries to destroy.

17

Herod and Pharaoh threaten the seed

The biblical attempts to kill the firstborn symbolize the danger facing the newly formed seed. Herod and Pharaoh stand for sexual desire, uncontrolled appetite, emotional disturbance, carnal thought, habitual indulgence, material preoccupation and ignorance of the body’s inner law.

The “firstborn” is the first sacred seed the aspirant succeeds in preserving.

Baptism, crucifixion, resurrection, ascension

The Passion narrative relocated to the spine and skull — the whole Gospel as one internal journey.

Bethlehem · birthJordan · baptismGolgotha · crucifixionJoseph’s tomb · burial & resurrectionInner eye → Father · ascension
18

John is the anointing oil

“John” (Ioannes) signifies oil, ointment, soul fluid or the body’s life essence. John baptizing Jesus means the seed is immersed in, or anointed by, the sacred oil of the spinal pathway — which is why John “prepares the way” for Christ.

Seed → anointing → Christed seed

“Christ” is not merely a title on a person; it describes the seed after it has received the oil.

19

Jordan is the spinal pathway

Jordan, “the descender” or River of God, is the spinal cord and the sacred fluid descending from the higher brain. It is the “strait and narrow way” — the narrow channel the seed must pass through to return to the Father. It is also a boundary:

  • below it lies the unregenerated bodily kingdom;
  • through it lies the path upward;
  • crossing it means leaving the dominion of appetite;
  • its waters anoint and empower the seed.
20

Joshua is the seed choosing the higher route

Joshua, son of Nun (“fish”), is the seed entering the regenerative path. When he commands the Sun and Moon to stand still, the authors read mastery of the solar plexus and the semi-lunar ganglion:

Let the lower generative forces become still so the saving seed may pass safely into the spinal pathway.

If lower impulses dominate, the seed goes toward generation and is “swallowed” by the lower fish; if they are stilled, it enters Jordan and turns upward.

21

Golgotha is the nerve crossing at the base of the skull

Golgotha means “place of the skull.” There the authors locate crossing pathways — the spinal cord, the vagus, and the complementary currents called Ida and Pingala. This crossing forms the physiological cross; the seed’s passage through it is the crucifixion.

22

Crucifixion means crossing and intensification

Crucifixion does not fundamentally mean destroying the seed. To “cross” something can raise its power: animals are crossed to combine qualities, electrical currents intensify at crossings, biological lines are crossed to produce new forms. The seed is “crossified” — acted on and raised to higher potency.

The Passion becomes an allegory of transmutation: the “death” of the lower form lets the higher power emerge.

23

Resurrection is the raising of the transformed seed

After Golgotha the seed no longer functions at its former level. It rises into the cranial centres and enters the pineal region — the tomb of Joseph “in which no man had yet been laid.” This is its return to the Father.

Bethlehem → Jordan → Golgotha → Joseph’s tomb → inner eye → Father

Birth, baptism, crucifixion, burial, resurrection and ascension — the whole Gospel recapitulated in the body.

24

The ascension returns the Son to the Father

The seed originates in substances supplied by the upper brain; formed below, preserved, anointed and crossed, it returns upward. “The Son goes to the Father” means the refined substance returns to its source, nourishing and revitalizing the brain.

The authors call it a tithe: part of the body’s creative substance is returned to the Most High instead of spent below.

25

The single eye is illuminated

The optic thalamus is the single eye, the lamp, the Lamb, the light of the chamber, the all-seeing eye, the inner or third eye. The elevated seed makes it vibrate at a higher rate.

“If thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.”

Read physiologically: spiritual understanding is not only an intellectual conclusion but the awakening of a latent organ of perception.

The quotation is Matthew 6:22 (KJV), which the book cites; not a line of the authors’ own prose.
